Invoice Bubble makes invoicing really easy!
You can create invoices for your clients, keep on top of your payments and get paid online through PayPal! It's really simple, and will always be.
Invoice Bubble is the little brother of Project Bubble - a simple project management tool with collaboration.
Both products are easy to use, but also very affordable - being geared towards freelancers and small teams. We hope you get great use out of Invoice Bubble and if you need anything just ask us!

We have some exciting stuff in the pipeline that you will love.
There are lots of ideas, and things that we want to develop but we will be focusing on making sure the app stays simple and easy to use throughout all of this.
Some developments that you will see over the next few months will be:
- Physical mailing (snail mail for $1.97 per invoice)
- API (a way to connect your own applications)
- Customizable invoice templates (control look and feel)
- Localization and language packs
The mailing feature is the first on our list, and this will be ready within a few weeks. The service will be available to US customers only for the first few months.

You can now duplicate your invoices! So if you have raised an invoice and want to send another one that is exactly the same then just click "Duplicate Invoice". Simple as that.
This is also especially useful if you want to set up invoice templates which are invoices that are pretty much the same, but are for different clients. Just create your invoice template, don't set a client and then when you duplicate the new invoice template just edit it and select your new client. Done.

We have just launched another round of new features. Invoice Bubble now benefits from the following cool new features:
- PDF attachments in emails lets you fire off invoices and estimates without requiring your client to visit the website to get the PDF
- Convert estimate to invoice by clicking on the options button in the Estimates page. This feature is useful for those who have an approved estimate that they want to turn in to an invoice.
- Company Details in the My Account page now show underneath the main company address in your invoices and estimates. So you can use this for things like email, telephone number or tax information.
- Improved Logo Resizing intelligently works out the best way to resize your logo so it will always look good.
We have also fixed bugs and improved the speed of things.
